We start Holy Week with Palm Sunday ( I was just now able to go and make Palms as I was directing trafic and at the Grand Banquet for the Grand Encampment of Massachusetts, Independent Order of Odd Fellows Friday night, a prior commitment). I missed the Saturday Service because I was at the Grand Encampement, got their late, don't like this Daylight Subtraction Time. Then I got a ride to the Arthritis Ball in Worcester. This fund raising event throught the Independent Order of Odd Fellows in Masschusetts is led by our Grand Secretary, Clarence Plant. I sat at a table with a very nice lady from a service that tries to keep people in thier homes through providing other services for them at home. Then, as happened last year, I found that my planned ride back would not be arriving. The Past Grand Master, Barry Rector ftom out in Nantucket and his lady insisted that I allow hime to drive me back to Springfield. I agreed and we had a nice conversation back I was tirred.

That brings me to this Sunday and the beginning of many church services. I went Sunday and I was certain the house I wanted to buy was sold and it was < http://www.acme-electronic.com/Site/Acme_Electronic.html > ! I just do not have money to get anything. And I had wanted this as it had a storefront there. But I knew it was gone when I walked by comming back from seeing anothr Past Grand Master, IOOF, in the hospital the week before. I saw a man cleaning up in the back yard and it was nice compared to the way I saw it with the realator. So I am happy that someone who cares about the place, or seems to, has bought it. I almost asked him but was to "chicken" to know another plac I liked was gone. I do so much want to own some small spont in springfield to lay my head. This one room and large bathroom is nto "cutting it" and I want to much to repare the family home.

Please pray, I am very concerened. I still don't know what caused the sickness that hit me for about 4 weeks. We might never know, but I do feel weakened. My back and especially my neck muscles hurt. The tingling is better in my left hand and thumb and little finger and sometimes not there at all after the new medicine.. I would liek to know really what is happening medically so I can ask God what to do.

The pain is still great in my arms, they feel like the muscles are atrophying. And I still feel so sick and I hurt a lot. It seems as if I were "dying" inside.

I went to Church Palm Sunday, Holy Monday, Holy Tuesday, Holy Wednesday, and Holy Thursday. Often Lenny Danos has given me a ride this week. I go to another Doctor Friday morning and will most probably take some books and such and just go down the street to church and stay there until the evening Service. I will attend services on Holy Saturday and especiall the Midnight Service. I enjoy singing in the choir but today God used that service to remind me of how little I have been doing on what he told me to do. The work is before me and I really should do it.

Again this is early, but I can modify it if I need to later. I will, of course, be guarding the back hallway of Commerce High School so no one goes into the wrong area, a requirement in letting us use the building (Open Pantry Community Services) as we provice a "Holiday Meal" for the needy in Springfield and then try and help clean things up the next day (Monday the 5th of April).

 

I used more food stamps and some of the Big Y food cards. I am too far behind in using the Bible Reading Guide and in college studies. It is in a PDF format for people to look at on this website. Maybe I will staret at the April 1st date

The info. below is still sort of ok.

I have made a tri-fold resume like a brochure, my doctor said no work for at lest the next 3-6 months, ouch. It was last year, October 18th, when many donated to the Western Massachusetts Arthritis Foundation Walk. My back hurst, my neck hursts, I just plalin hurt. I hope people will donate also again this comming fall.

Soon I am helping in the Relay for Life of the American Cancer Society. We had meetings on it this week on the PTK induction ceremony next week but I did not go.

 

What follows are the new information about my injuries and the progress from my NeuroSurgeon! I am in great pain and have difficulty doing many things.
I said last before that I would probably take them down from here. Now I will keep them up a little longer so you can see what I am having difficulty in healing from.

I was released of the braces on the same day as my accident, but 4 months later!   BUT NOW I HAVE LOTS OF PAIN.   And they do not know why !!!

But the new medicines are helping the pain in the left had some. I thank God for my current Doctor.
